P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, the joint venture between P.A. Properties and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., has officially partnered with SMCC Philippines, Inc., the local subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui Construction Co., Ltd. The agreement designates SMCC Philippines as the official housing contractor for the Idesia San Jose Del Monte development in Bulacan, a move expected to enhance construction quality and efficiency through Japanese technology.
