OPPO has recently opened its newest – and at the same time, largest and grandest experience store to date.
The smartphone brand formally launched the OPPO Super Experience Store in Ayala Malls Manila Bay as part of its effort to provide Filipinos with an improved customer service experience.
This commercial establishment measures 286 square meters, wide and strategically designed to commit towards the development of the brand’s own line of Internet of Things (IoT) products, as well as to better provide quality customer service. This newest OPPO Experience Store is posses design that's inspired by the aesthetics of the OPPO super flagship stores found in China, Singapore, and Thailand. Specifically, its interior has an expansive mirror ceiling that enhances the lighting effect and also overall feel of the store. It also has a lounge area that is fully equipped with VOOC Flash Charging outlets where customers can lounge around and stay connected while checking the latest OPPO products or waiting for their turn at customer care.
Coinciding with this grand opening was the OPPO Service Center 3.0 that showcases a minimalist yet sophisticated ambiance with an improved service experience for repairs, consultations, and centralized customer care services. The newest service center offers a more transparent service program where customers can observe while the well-trained customer care representative repairs their smartphone.
OPPO held the opening of the Experience Store in such grandeur fashion at the 4th floor of Ayala Malls Manila Bay in Macapagal Avenue, Tambo, Paranaque City, last 18 January 2020, as exciting games, raffles, and freebies took place as well as the store tour with local Youtube sensation Mimiyuuuh.
