McDonald's wins Best Franchise Marketing award for the second straight year

08/31/2019 08:04:14 PM

McDonald’s Philippines’ marketing programs were recently recognized at the  Franchise Excellence Awards (FEA) 2019.

The fast-food chain took home the prestigious Best Franchise Marketing Award, making it the second straight year to win such accolade. The said distinction came after McDonald’s received multiple marketing awards, including five Gold, four Silver, and three Bronze medals during the 2019 Asia-Pacific Tambuli Awards and the 2019 PANATA Awards. Amongst McDonald’s campaigns that were recognized for their excellence included “Hope for Marawi,” “Frymoji,” “Doodelivery,” “#WalangPasok Deals,” and “ShaGab Loves McDo.”

But that's not all, because McDonald’s Philippines has achieved another notable milestone when FEA inducted them in their distinguished Hall of Fame.

Aside from the recognized feats, two of McDonald’s Owner Operators received high distinctions as a result of their franchise operations, growth and expansion. Caroline Andrade earned the distinctions of National Franchisee of the Year as well as the Regional Franchisee of the Year for Visayas—her second consecutive time to win. Meanwhile, Jun Marasigan was awarded as the Regional Franchisee of the Year for Mindanao.

The Franchise Excellence Awards is an award-giving body organized by the Philippine Franchise Association (PFA) that recognizes the Philippines’ top-performing franchising companies that uphold the best in the field of business franchising.
