It looked like a week full of visuals as At The Moment launched the music video for their song Home last Saturday evening, 6 August 2016, at Mow's Bar.
MamaMo Productions organized the event as music aficionados flocked the popular night spot in Matalino Street, Quezon City to see the indie/garage band formally grace the Home music video for one of their singles; joining Autotelic (Gising), Paranoid City (Just Like The Movies), and Maude (Habol) in having the similar kind of events during the entire first week of August.
Lab Rats were the first ones to perform. And it's such a good thing this punk rock band from UA&P has given me somewhat a first impression. I hope there will be next encounters for me to hear their music more.
Next came a bunch of notable musicians in the current music scene; from the heavy alternative rockers Lions and Acrobats, to the preppy collegians Oh, Flamingo!, indie alternative rock band Rusty Machines, and one of today's rising stars MilesExperience. Talk about being an instant crowd-drawer thanks to their jazz-blues-soul experimentation.
And came At The Moment to cap the night, no just with their own Home music video, but with a longer-than usual set that sent the much-energized attendants rocking 'til 2:30-ish AM.
Truly, one of the milestones in their music careers so far; all that despite missing their bassist due to dengue fever (get well soon!).
